***It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address in the order. If the order was placed under an incorrect address, it is not our responsibility to correct the problem.
Customers are required to pay the resend cost for any refused/returned package due to the following reasons: A) Incorrect information provided by customer and shipping approved by customer. B) The customer gave approval to ship but could not receive their package from the courier. Before resending a refused/returned package, the customer must agree to pay the above shipping cost.
We are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we accept return requests for most items within 7 days of receiving the package. The procedure is the next:
The customer service manager will send you the return address after you agree to return the items. Please pack the item(s) and they must be returned with the original packaging.
Most returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your package. We will issue the refund to your credit card if you do not inform us to refund your payment account in advance. The credit balance can be used on your next purchase or withdrawn from your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You have 7 days to decide if you need these items, if you want to return the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimsuits, underwear.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Items with non-return marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If these items are not reported on time, we will not issue a store credit.) Please contact your Customer Service Manager.
We do not accept returned items that have been shipped without proper return requests.
We do not offer Freight Collect (FPC) service for packages returned to us. The return cost should be borne by yourself.

There will be a 10% storage fee unless the return is for, but not limited to, defective, broken or incorrectly shipped items.
